MANXA

In 1901, Joan Agustí de Riu bought for his son Bartomeu a locksmith business, started in Olot in 1876 by Rafael Casanova.

Thorught the years, production and manufacturig tasks were replaced by comercialization tasks, but always working with metal articles. The process was leaded by Bartomeu and his son Joan.

Many changes on the products range and the business progress have transformed the old locksmith business into the nowadays Manxa business.

The 3rd Manxa generation keeps giving solutions to the customers needs, who work on different areas: industrial, metallurgical and construction. That is why there are two different business: manxa industrial and manxa ferros. The group continues the family tradition in the retail businees with manxa detall.

These are the company who sponsor our athlete Xavier Porras giving him a quantity of money every year, which helps him to get ready for the different championships and for his personal motivation too.

JPS ENGLISH SCHOOL:

JPS English School is in the centre of Olot. The school was set up on the 17th May 2010 with the aim of teaching high quality of English to students with different needs.

Jesús Porras Santana runs JPS English School and uses all his experience with the aim of passing on all his knowledge in an efficient way.
